Stephen M. Lundergan, Founder and President
Steve has been active in various credit related industries since 1978 and established Vision Commerce in 1999.
For the majority of the last 37 years, he has operated companies principally owned by him.
M. Kirk Hall, Principal and Chief Technology Officer
Kirk's background in business operations and computer technology provides the foundation for his role as CTO at Vision Commerce. Kirk graduated magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry in 1991 from the University of Missouri.
Kirk designed and implemented the first commercially functional .NET solution in the US while still in Microsoft's Beta version for Vision Commerce.
Kathleen M. Farrell, Co-Founder and Vice President
Katie has 29 years of experience in the credit and finance industry which immediately followed her graduation from the University of Missouri in 1983.
Katie is responsible for Project Management and manages the Support team at Vision Commerce.
